AYURVEDIC TREATMENT FOR CHRONIC CONSTIPATION

Chronic constipation occurs when the colon is disturbed by the nature of vitiated Vata dosha. Vata makes the colon cold and dry which inhibits its proper functioning. The dryness within the excretory channels of the body makes stool dry & hard and makes it difficult to excrete from the body.
